Objectif 1
Examiner l’état des connaissances en menant une revue narrative critique portant sur les enjeux liés à la consommation à risque de cannabis chez les jeunes de 12 à 25 ans. Cette revue tiendra compte notamment :
a. des effets et conséquence de la consommation de cannabis et des facteurs associés (santé mentale, santé neurocognitive et facteurs psychosociaux)
b. des trajectoires de consommation et des relations entre la consommation de cannabis et diverses conduites à risque (intoxication à l’alcool, consommation d’autres drogues, comportements à risque ou problématique de jeux de hasard et d’argent, utilisation problématique d’internet, comportements sexuels à risque, la conduite d’un véhicule avec capacités affaiblies, comportements délinquants);
c. des seuils de consommation à risque spécifiques au cannabis et les outils de repérage et de détection de ces seuils;
d. des modèles d’intervention précoce ciblant spécifiquement le cannabis ayant fait l’objet d’études évaluatives;
e. des recommandations d’experts en matière de meilleures pratiques en intervention précoce ciblant spécifiquement le cannabis.
